I know Windows Defender is a Beta2 version and will have bugs. But come on!
Look at all the posts about update problems or repeat updates. Its been quite
some time and people are still having the same problems. The beta1 version
worked much better. Since it wan't broke, why fix it?
I understand that software needs to be constantly upgraded, especially
things as critical as anti - spyware/virus. But that's the whole point. The
Beta2 version makes if impossible (unless you are an expert) to upgrade.
There's a lot of good well established anit-spyware available, both free and
at a cost. They are easy to use and effective. I was one of the first to
start using Windows Antispyware, but things are now out of hand. I GIVE UP!!
Back to Ad Aware and the like.
