i get message every time i sign on

the following message keeps tell me to notify morcosoft
of it,, tmntsrv.exe encountered a problem and need to
close.... how do i get rid of popup message..and how do i
contact..microsoft to inform them..i have window xp..was
on computer when i bought it ..any help
greatly..appericated ,,thank you jack
 
Hi,

This is a part of PC-Cillin 2002. Updating to 2003 should remove the error
message. Good luck!
