I get Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\bijjjykl.dll

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me, it appears I have been passed on a
virus, this was done from some I know that I was chatting to msn sent me a
link by accident which has now given me this virus. I have done a complete
scan and removed it but I know get the following message

Error loading C:\WINDOWS\systems32\bijjjykl.dll

I get this message everytime I boot up my pc, I also get loads of pop-up
adverts and I have the blocker switched on and still get them.

Can anyone advise its driving me mad!!

Your computer is still not clean. Go through these general malware
removal steps systematically -

Include scanning with either Sysclean or Multi_AV, plus AVG Anti-Spyware
(formerly Ewido - http://www.ewido.net/en/) and follow instructions to
do all scans in Safe Mode.

When all else fails, run HijackThis and post your log in one of the
specialty forums listed at the link above (not here, please).

Standard caveat: If the procedures look too complex - and there is no
shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a
professional computer repair shop (not your local version of
BigStoreUSA). Please be aware that not all local shops are skilled at
removing malware and even if they are, your computer may be so infested
that Windows will need to be clean-installed. Have all your data backed
up before you take the machine into a shop.
