I get a warning about registry in use

I get a warning in System Tools>Event Viewer>Application.
It looks like it is happening every time I restart my computer.
I don’t know how serious a problem it is, or if turning on some
disabled service might correct it.
Here is the information:

Description:
Windows saved user SPECTRALRM7000\admin registry while an application or
service was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the
user’s registry has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is
no longer in use.

This is often caused by services running as a user account, by configuring
the services to run in either the LocalService or NetworkService account.

(I have Windows XP Professional.)

The warning is actually generated when you shut down your computer or
log off your user account.

I'll point you to a workaround, but first here is the explanation in a
(small) nutshell: One or more programs are not exiting completely when
you shut down or log off, so Windows eventually has to kick them out.

The solution is to install a work-around from Microsoft called the User
Profile Hive Cleanup service. It's completely safe. The ReadMe file
explains the situation in full geek.
