i forgot my password, administrator user account

Dear All

In addition to this computer I am writing now, I have
another old personal compaq pentium 2 (doble processor)
computer with windows xp installed
not connected to the internet..
my problem is that I have modified the windows on 2
limited accounts( i left no paswords here) and one
administrator user account where i locked it on pasword
and forgot it. More stupid I left no pasword hint as
well.
So how can I open my account, but not having to re-
install the windows again??
pls, help
