i explorer not responding message

Hi,

When i shut down my computer i often get a box coming up
saying IEXPLORER not responding, and it trys to shut it
down/ end task. Does anyone know why this could be
happening, i've run virus checks and i cant solve the
problem that way, do i need an update etc....?

It is a bit difficult for us to determine the right information to provide
for
your problem without details such as, the version of Windows you are using,
if you have SP2, and the exact wording of any error messages you may be
getting. This will help us determine the proper information to provide you

This is possibly being caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite)

Work through the solutions (CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot) at

Or, a legitimate program running in the background may be causing this.
Disable (for diagnostic purposes) programs such as pop-up blockers,
security, anti-virus, etc. You may have to reinstall a program.
