i.explore.exe application error

When I am trying to reboot computer, I am getting the
following: Instruction at Ox77fcc2e2 referenced memory @
0x02390010. The memory could not be read. How do I fix.
I am also getting an error message at times that
references winnet.exe. ty

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit is with these
tools.

Hi - I had the similiar problem but causing a runtime error.
Disabling 3rd party browser extensions fixed the runtime error but
SpyBot didn't find anything - how else do you find out which extension
is causing the error?
