I.E. Works for me, but none of my guests

Hi.
My I.E.6 works fine for me on my Win XP Home Admin
account. But none of the other users of my computer can
get it to work. They click on the IE icon, and it never
fully opens. A window opens up but it just flickers
quickly.

I have downloaded the latest version of IE but still no
resolution.

Any suggestion would be appreciated at (e-mail address removed)
