Auto thumbnail in Front Page 2002 does not work with internet explorer patch
818529 installed. I have removed 818529 to enable correct working of auto
thumbnails, i.e., enlarging thumbnail to normal picture size when clicked in
preview mode. Is there a fix or work around for this?

Have you tried getting 100% up to date?

I replied to Jim Buyers when I probably should have replied to group.
Anyhow, yes I am 100% up to date on Microsoft Office and front page 2002. I
am up to date on winxp updates too. I have turned off Nortons and
adsubtract [ad and popup killer]. Not sure what else I can do.

Need to go to work so I will try out fix described in 823720 this evening.
I think it is interesting though that I have 4 networked computers and I
have the same problem on all 4. I wonder what is unique about my computers
that causes this problem. As noted in one of the replies - not everyone
has this problem. Till this evening - thank you all for your suggestions.

I followed Stefan B Rusynko's advice - edited the registry as suggested and
the problem cleared up. Thank you all again. The only thing now is
curiosity as to what change, choice or program installation caused my
problem. Charlie

Glad to hear 823720 fixes it
