I E not Working

Auto complete does not work....I lose my http:// i have
to type it in it disapears. If I don't it takes 3-5
minutes for the site to open. I've scanned for
viruses....updated....cannot go back past March for a
restore. This has happened a few times in the past 2
years....sometimes it just rights itself....this has been
a long time now....My ftp does not work when this
happens...and it takes 3-5 minutes to find My
Computer....What's going on??
