I.E. Firewall doesn't allow AOL or websites

I enabled Internet Explorer Firewall to cut down on pop
ups. Couldn't access AOL or any websites so I deleted or
once again unenabled it. Where do you find how to manage
the Firewall?

The Windows XP Firewall doesnt support firewalling AOL connections. If you
are an AOL user (Not AIM, but AOL itself) you will need to look to a third
party firewall such as ZoneAlarm.
