I.E discovered problems & will close Faulting err shdocvw.dll...

Can anyone help me with this please??? :) I get this message everytime I
close my Interenet explorer and its getting to be very annoying. Apparently,
msn support doesnt have anything on this :( Would really appreciate any help
out there...
