Some of the users who run I.E6 or 5 are receiving blank
page when destintion format is .pdf. Only 5 out of 40
users are constantly receive blank page on their browsers
as they run any report with .pdf format.
It seems the browser "sometimes" can not communicate with
Acrobat Reader (any version). It's interesting if I tell
you that the output can be found on the server side, but
the clients just receive blank .pdf pages.
I've already posted this error but I didn't receive any
respond.
I would appreciate if you just tell me that Microsoft is
going to fix this problem or not. It's persistent even in
new patches though.
