I.E. 7 question

First, is there a NewsGroup for I.E. 7 ? If so, how do I find it?

My computer man downloaded the new version of Windows Media Player (I didn't
have video), and in the process, it also downloaded. I.E. 7. (O.E. is still
version 6). My particular question has to do with the fact that the
address bar in IE7 is at the very top, and I don't like it there. I need to
find out if there is a way to move it down, and just have File-Edit-View,
etc. at the top as I had with IE6.

the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

If you must use a web interface:
