I.E 7 display web page frames

We have a website where each web page is designed in flash macromedia. Each
page is divided in 3 frames, i.e top menu button , left column links and then
right side for information text. It's viewed fine in I.E6 but in I.E7, when
we roll over mouse of the page, it kind a displays corresponding frame border
depending on mouse location. The overall animation or web page info is fine,
only border is bothering while rolling over mouse on the page.

Pls help..
