I have Internet Explorer 6 I like to work with websites so
I like to right click to view the sources but for some
reason I am unable to do this. Is there something I can do
to regain this option?

try clearing IE's cache , tools internet options delete files
and mark the popup to delete offline content, if you have a txt document
on the desktop put it elswhere
You could also try changing the encoding from view -encoding(temporaraly)

This is usually fixed by emptying the Temporary Internet Files.

Also, if you have a shortcut to Notepad on your desktop rename it to Npad.

Some people have reported that Quick View Plus can cause this.

It did with me, and once I got rid of it, the problem was gone.

I take it you mean Quick View Plus.
Thanks for the information; I've never had it.
