I.E 6 and Outlook 2003

I have my default mail client set to Microsoft Office Outlook. When I click
on the mail Icon nothing happens. There are no errors at all. I have tried
this on several computers with no problem. I have checked everything I can
think of and the computer is set up correctly. Can anyone offer me some
advice?

I have set the default to Microsoft Office Outlook, I have set it back to its
original defaults and changed it back. I have deleted the cookies and temp
files just in case.
