I.E. 6 all fonts large

I can shrink yahoo.coms web page but micorsoft and
everything else is so large its about 75pt. on the
browser. I have removed it and reinstalled it from the
windows compnoent section of add/remove, but its still
remains anybody have any thoughts.
 
Yahoo is tiny, but like windows update page is still at
like 800 pt. the D in downloads takes up more than the
size of the browser screen(if you can picture that) using
W2k SP4 IE6 SP1
