USING WINDOWS 2000 PRO, INTERNET EXPLORER 6.0......WHEN I
DELETE A WEBSITE (ANY WEBSITE) OFF OF MY HISTORY TOOLBAR
IN I.E., IT CREATES A NEW HISTORY SUBFILE EACH TIME I
DELETE A
WEBSITE. IS THIS WORKING AS DESIGNED?

Not as far as I know (please do not type in all capitals - it is very hard
