I double click on Local disc but the search window pops up instead

When I open MY COMPUTER and click on drive like local
disk its suppose to open it,right? With me the search
window pops up instead its really annoying cause i have
to right-click when i want to open it. Can anyone help I
dont knowwhat I did it just started to do it.
