I don't want all day appointments to display a start time.

I did something in 2003 Outlook Calendar which causes an all day appointment
to have a start time display of 12:00 am. I can't locate where I did this so
that it can be undone. Any ideas?

That's how outlook identifies all day events. What view are you using?
