i don't no how to use my usb

Do you mean a USB memory stick?
If so, when you plug it in, you should just get an extra drive on your
computer that you can use in the usual way.

What version of Windows do you have? If it is an older one, you may need to
install a driver (a small program that helps it to work). Did you get a CD
with the USB stick?

One word of warning, you should work on your files on your normal hard disk,
and only make a COPY onto the USB memory stick when you want to move them
somewhere. DO NOT use the USB memory stick as a working location as chances
are it will finish up corrupting your documents!!

Perhaps if you could find someone who speaks English and they helped you,
you might be able to post a question that could be understood.

???

USB is a type of hardware connection, nothing to do with Word which is a
SOFTWARE application.
