i dont know wut program to play the game in after i download it

I downloaded a game from limewire which is a p2p file sharing network. the
problem is after i download it and i try to play it the computer tells me
windows does not now what program created the file. it needs a program to
open the game so i can play it. I need to know what program i assign to open
this GBA ext game. some one please help

GBA? Gameboy Advance? Tried using a Nintendo DS? You'll need the game on
a cartridge as well, Amazon probably a good place to try.

You need to educate yourself more about emulation (and from the sound of it
using a pc in general). Don't expect people on this newsgroup to help you
commit piracy (which is what you're trying to do by playing a commercial
game in some manner that avoided buying it).
