I DON'T HAVE THE

LOCK TOOLBAR OPTION IN VIEW .... I'm using IE 6 - SP1 - -
but my graphic indicates IE 5!!!

HELP ... I know I have three shdocvw.dll files (2 are V5
and 1 is V6) .. there are in 3 different directories - can
I just delte the V5 ones?
 
Do not delete them. I would rename them with .old extension.

If still no joy then please post your exact problem.
