I tried getting support from my computer manufacturer..
they almost destroyed my computer...
I don't know where else to turn..
any help would be appreciated...

Right-click on your Taskbar and select:
Properties > Start Menu > Customize.
Place a check next to "Display Run".
Click OK and Apply.

1) Right-Click on the Start Button, then select "Properties"
2) Click on the "Start Menu" tab
3) Click on the "Customise" button
4) Click on the "Advanced" tab
5) Find "Run command" in the list under "Start Menu items", and put a
checkmark by it.
6) "Ok" out
