I don't get all my messages on laptop but do on blackberry

For a while, I did receive all my messages in Outlook on my laptop, but for
the last week, reciept is spotty -- I know that because I get all my messages
on my blackberry. Any ideas what to do?
 
Do you have your blackberry set to remove messages from the server after
download?
