I do not want round up numbers

I am a new access user. I don't want the numbers to round up. I have tried changing the field to fixed. currency, general number, just about everything. The field is linked to another table. I need my numbers to show 13.50 not 14.00.
Can someone please help me?
 
It sounds to me that you changed the Format of the number, NOT the size of
the number. In the Table DesignView, select the required Field and look for
the Field Size in the lower left pane. You probably selected Long or
Integer which can only store whole numbers.

If you want to store decimal numbers, you need to select Double or Single or
Decimal in the Field Size.
