I do not understand

Why do I need net.framework? Where do I find a version that I can installl.
I have not been able to install the version that came with my XP Pro or
either of the updates. What should I do???
 
That is what I thought...but the application will not sucessfully load. I
understand that several people have exactly the same problem. My Add/Delete
Programs list does not show that I have net.framework loaded...I can not
sucessfully down load the program from the Windows Update page...and I can
not identify where I get the program to use as a user not developer.
HELP!!!

You keep saying you cannot succesfully do things but offer no
explaination as in what the error is or WHY you cannot do it. Like
that, there isn?t much I or others can do to help.
 
Hello Allan,

First off: Have you installed XP Service Pack 2 on your system? If not, I
strongly recommend it. That may be all that you need to do to take care of
your problem.

Secondly: Is the app misbehaving? What error are you seeing?

Third: You can get a download for the framework from the following link (not
aimed at Developers)
