You almost certainly have a malware infection. If any of these sites work

So How Did I Get Infected Anyway?
For quite a few people it's by installing Messenger Plus, whose ads for
malware don't identify the malware as such and try to convince you that you
owe it to the author. See also:

Don't ever do a "default" install of anything. Always choose Custom and see
what else is being carried along. Don't install any extras you're not sure
of.

Learn to use a spellchecker. Find a native English speaker that also
speaks your language to translate your question since your English
version of your question is nonsense, or ask in your native language and
hope someone reading the group knows that language (but then you
probably might not understand the English replies here).

What the OP is trying to say is that any website where one could download
and run an anti-virus or firewall solution is being blocked by as yet
unknown malware..

If you can get to these from another computer, try downloading AVG
anti-virus, AdAware, Spybot Search & Destroy, and HijackThis, in that
order. After each is installed and before you run any of them for the first
time, use their Update function, to make sure you have the current
definitions.
