I do not know how to set POP3/SMTP on my Outlook 2000

I do not know to set up POP3/SMTP on my Outlook, and how is the setting , in
order for me to receive/sending emails. I neither know how is the structure (
I guess is how you call it, I do not know, forgive me...) In other word, how
is the way I need to type it or enter it to outlook for it to work and where
in outlook I need to type it?

Who is your ISP? They're the ones who would have the information.
 
The settings are entered when you set up a new mail account, usually under
Tools/Options.
The settings required are supplied by your ISP - Internet Service Provider -

In Outlook, look for "create an account" in Help. Use the values given you
by your ISP for the servers and ports.
