I'm viewing "No audio device that is compatible with this application can be
found. Reinstall the card and run the installation package again".
Please send the directions for installing the card and running the
installation package.
Thank you for your help,

I realize that you posted to the "New Users" group -
Here are some things that you need to realize -
1. There is not just one sound card / integrated sound controller
in the Personal Computer world
2. That being so, there is no way anyone can provide any support
to you with the minimal information you provided

Here is some information that you need to provide:
1. What company is the manufacturer of your computer?
2. What model of computer is it?
3. If you have documentation that came with the computer,
what sound / audio device does it list?
4. If no documentation, what do you see relating to
sound / audio devices in Device Manager?
(START > RUN > devmgmt.msc)
5. Did your computer come with XP pre-installed,
or was it an upgrade from a previous Windows
Operating System? If upgrade, what version of Windows
did you upgrade from and how long ago?
6. What CD's came with your computer?

Well.... Have you done so? Have you downloaded and installed the
WinXP-specific audio drivers, as provided by your sound card's manufacturer?
