Hello, i do not know much about access. But i need to create a database to
use at my desk at work. i am willing to pay anyone who helps me. contact me

Why don't you post your needs and see if someone can help you here for free.
There may even be a template out there that you can start with.
 
i know its going to take up some of my time, something that i dont have at
this moment. i hope i get someone who is reasonable in payment. i am looking
forward to a flat rate. most of the calculations are already done in an excel
spreadsheet which will make it much easier.
