I deleted all CA! How can I recover them?

Dear all:

I deleted all CAs include "Intermediate Certification Authorities" and
"Trusted Root Certification Authorities". Now I CANNOT do windows
update...... I tried to delete all activex dlls include iuctl.dll and
iuengine.dll and tried again WU, and, failed. I think I should recover all
Root CAs. How can I do it? THANKS ALL.
 
I am trying to think of an easy way to recover them, but I think you may
have to go to a second machine, export the roots and then import on your
broken machine.

What about manually installing the latest Root Certificates Update? Copy
the download from another machine with Windows Update Catalog turned on, and
run it on the machine with the missing certs.
