Accounts and sets of folders do not have a one-to-one correspondence. No
matter how many POP accounts you have, they're all delivered to the same
Inbox. You'll need to use rules to sort them into other folders when they
arrive, if that is your desire. HTTP accounts (Hotmail) and IMAP accounts
always have separate message stores.

In Outlook click Help and search for "rules". Read.
