I can't use my Yahoo mail with Windows mail

Can you help me to use my Yahoo mail with Windows mail. It says that the POP
and SMTP I use is wrong: What is the POP and SMTP I have to use? (my adresse
is yahoo.es)

You cannot use the free version of Yahoo Mail with Windows Mail. You can
only use the paid verson of Yahoo Mail. If you have the paid version, go
to Yahoo Mail where they have instructions as to how to set up your
email account in POP mail clients like Windows Mail.

I understand that the free version of Yahoo Mail has POP/SMTP
access, unlike the free version available in the USA.
Yahoo.es is for people residing in Spain. I can't read Yahoo's
Spanish help pages, but you may be able to find what you need
in the US version of Yahoo Mail Plus (premium accounts):
