I cant uninstall nascar racing2003 seasonHELP!!!

anyone who can help please reply.HI,i cant uninstall
nascar racing 2003 season,and i cant even play it!!!
i was installing it when my comcputer froze up,so i shut
it downand,now it wont uninstall!! it says it uninstalled
but it didnt. anyone who can help please reply,thanx.

finish the race keep the faith
