i cant type turkish fonts in explorer
i can write in office
there was no problem till this morning
i changed encoding to turkish(iso) and turkish(windows) and others but didnt
work

Do you mean "Internet Explorer" or "Windows Explorer"? If
Internet Explorer, why would you want to type Turkish
characters in that? Turkish characters like "ç" and "ö"
can't be used in addresses.

Changing the encoding on web pages only affects how the
pages look not how you enter things from the keyboard.

To help you we need more information.
