I can't sync Outlook Notes

I have found that I get an error "Sync cannot be started because you are not
able to log on to the network and access information. Restart your desktop
computer ans Sync again. If the problem presists, contact you netwok
administrator. I am the network administrator. I have domain admin rights
and can sync email, contacts and calander but not the notes from outlook. I
am signed onto the network as I am syncing everything else using the network
account to connect to the exchange 2003 server. If I remove the notes sync I
dont get the error.
 
I was able to run the diagnostics from the help menu and after it finished I
rebooted and was able to sync email, notes, contacts, and calender. I did
notice that the diag stated that it corrected one issue but the details gave
no info on what it fixed.
