I can't submit Spyware report

my home page gets changed to http://blank but it displays
a internet search page. The status bar at
displays "Downloading from mainsearchpage.com"
When I run MSAS scan it finds a Browser Hijack program and
deletes it. When I open explorer it appears corrected.
When I close IE and restart the previous problem occurs.

Any thoughts?? Any way to save and manually send Spyware
Report.

Boot to Safe Mode and run it there.
