I can't share the internet connection between my computers.

I connected my 2 computers by cable. Both OS are winxp.
One is connected with internet by telephone line. I set
up the configuration according to instruction. They are
connected successfully, but can not share the internet.
Can you give me some suggestions? Thanks.
 
you need to enable ICS on the one which is connected to the Internet via
dialup
