i cant sent mail

i have windows vista,and i have a problem to send mail coz messages stuck
into my outgoing box, i can receive a message but not send. i put wrong pop3
and html number how to change it and where i can find correct one. please
help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You clear out box with...

You pop details etc. are obtained from you ISP.
 
What did you enter for the POP (outgoing) server?
If you are receiving mail, that will give us a clue.
