I'm Luis from Argentina
When I try to send a mail the following message appears:

La dirección de correo electrónico rechazada fue '(e-mail address removed)'.
Asunto 'Prueba', Cuenta: 'Ubbi', Servidor: 'smtp.ubbi.com', Protocolo: SMTP,
Respuesta del servidor: '553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed
rcpthosts. Relay denied for ip: 200.127.248.179 (#5.7.1)', Puerto: 25,
Seguridad (SSL): No, Error de servidor: 553, Número de error: 0x800CCC79

Could somebody help me, please?

Regards

It appears that were connecting from prima.net.ar
at the time you tried to use the smtp.ubbi.com server.
Port 25 SMTP is permitted only from a network connection
that is owned by the same entity as the owner of the SMTP server.

There are four possible workarounds:
1. Use webmail for sending while traveling.
2. Use a port other than '25' for SMTP, if your mail provider has a
provision for that. Typical alternate ports are 587 and 465.
3. Get a free Gmail account, configure it for POP access, and
use it for your away-from-home sending chores.
4. Use the SMTP server belonging to your current connection.
