Presumably you haven't bothered with Vista Help and Support
nor consulted your ISP(Cox) Web pages...
 
Neither can I ? Please send me to the helpful repairs for this problem. I
have a message in my outbox that will not send nor can I delete it ! Help is

You could have saved yourself time by the briefest search
of this forum where the problem is solved several times a day but...
