My 6 monthe old computer is back from repair and will receive, but not send
e-mails. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook with no change to the
'undeliverable' message 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed
rcpthosts (#5.7.1).
I have checked the settings, tried clicking on the 'authenticating' and also
'unselecting'.

where it will not accept an smtp connection from the IP address you received
when connecting to your internet host provider. Since you didn't mention if
this was an ISP or free service (GMail, Hotmail) that is rejecting your
session, it is difficult to give advice on how to troubleshoot.
