I cant send email either.........here is my error message. Any help would be

Are you at home (connected to roadrunner)? You have to be, in order to use
their email SMTP server.
Roadrunner doesn't require SSL.
Tools - accounts - (youraccount) - Properties - Advanced
uncheck "[ ] This server requires a secure connection (SSL)"
