I used to be able to send e-mails then all of a sudden it stopped letting me.
I can recieve e-mails just fine just can't send them.

How does "it stopped letting me" manifest itself?
Do you get an error message when you try to send? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'pig roast shirts', Account: 'Stormy', Server: 'smtp.att.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0En recieve e-mails just fine just can't send them.

If the error message you quoted below is yours, then you are using the
wrong settings for that mail server. Use these:
Incoming (POP3) server: pop.att.yahoo.com
Outgoing (SMTP) server: smtp.att.yahoo.com
On the Advanced tab, change the outgoing port to 465, and the incoming
port to 995; then select the SSL option for both.
