I cant send and receive emails

I cant seem to send + receive emails on windows live. It was ok yesterday but
i did a full system scan last night. Would this affect anything?

Windows Live? That looks like an error message from Windows Mail.

That looks like a port 25 block.
Were you sending from home when that error occurred?
Is 123-reg.co.uk your home ISP?
