I can't seem netstat.exe file at system32 folder.

Today i update service pack 4 for windows 2000 server.
The installer show can't locate the netstat.exe. So
update be terminate. I search it also can't found. And
then i copy this file from other computer to a floppy
disc. Also can't seem when i browse the floppy disc. Who
can solve my problem. I'm waiting your reply. Thanks!
