Now before you start thinking I'm dumb, my client did do a
right click on the image and answered the prompts
correctly. We changed the settings for the download and
display of images in emails as well.
My client has a Sony laptop and has enough RAM for the job
(256mb of RAM I believe). We did an update from Outlook
2002 to Outlook 2003. He did the right click thing and
also modified the settings so he would be able to see all
future images.
The images are still not visible. I have forwarded a
sample on to my system in my office were I have Outlook
2002 and I am able to view the images without any problems.
I suspect that a setting has been changed on his system
and I haven't found it yet. Does anyone have any
suggestions on how to resolve this problem?
