I can't run .asp file on IIS server?

Dears,
I can't run .asp file on IIS server,but .htm is fine.
When i want to access .asp file,it return error message:
HTTP 500 - internal server error
or Server Application Error

I don't know what's compont i miss or setup error?
I have add all about IIS components.
IIS Common Libraries
IIS Core Libraries
IIS Documentation
IIS FTP Server
IIS Internet Manager
IIS Virtual Printer Directory
IIS Virtual Script Directory
IIS Web Server

So,please tell what't happen on .asp file?

....have you actually set up the server correctly, or did you just leave
it all as standard and hope it was going to work?
